Michael L. Wynhoff
President

Mr. Wynhoff was appointed President and CEO by the board of directors on June 14, 2004. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Wynhoff worked as a marketing and public relations consultant, focusing his efforts on environmental products companies, including Pacific Sands. From 1999 through 2000 he was the Director of Marketing and Operations at Domain Host International. Prior to 1999, Mr. Wynhoff was involved in the film and television industries as a writer, producer and coordinator of feature films and television commercials.

Michael D. Michie
CEO / CFO

Mr. Michie was appointed CFO/Treasurer by the Board of Directors on June 14, 2004. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Michie privately consulted challenged businesses while concurrently serving as Business Manager for a large real estate investor/broker group. He established cost containment measures as well as performance metrics for eight real estate holding companies. He produced and refined accurate revenue projections providing investors the knowledge to make better investment decisions. Prior to 2003, he was a Territory Sales Manager for Creo Products, Inc, a high technology company located in Vancouver, BC

Bob Vineyard
National Sales Director

Mr. Vineyard brings over 20 years' experience in customer service and customer-focused selling. His 13 years' experience in channel driven distribution sales and marketing positions provides Pacific Sands with additional expertise for gaining and servicing large accounts.

Mr. Vineyard is the primary contact point for all sales to the pool and spa industry. Expanding on the company's core goal of making pool and spa maintenance safe and simple, Bob plans to bring equal simplicity to our system of product distribution and support for our ecoONE business partners.

Dr. Marion Mack Myers II
Technical Director

Dr. Myers, who was one of the previous owners of Natural Choices Home Safe Products, LLC, serves as Technical Director at Pacific Sands, Inc. Dr. Myers leads the cleaning products research and development effort focusing on product improvements, manufacturing, new product development and custom formulating. Prior to working full time at Natural Choices in 2000, he was a new technology Development Specialist and Group Leader for Rust-Oleum Corp. from 1990-2000 and an Adhesive Chemist and Group Leader for Findley Adhesives, Inc. from 1982 to 1990. Dr. Myers received his PhD in organic chemistry at UW-Milwaukee.

Dr. Jack Hagarty
Lead Research Chemist - Board of Directors

Dr. Hagarty spearheads new product development at Pacific Sands as the company moves forward with the introduction of its nontoxic, earth and health-friendly pet care, household cleaning and other product lines. Dr. Hagarty, who earned his PhD in Organic Chemistry from Duquesne University, retired as Senior Research Chemist from SC Johnson Wax in 1999 and has worked as a consultant since that time.

Catherine Myers
Sales Manager-Private Label

Catherine founded Natural Choices Home Safe Products, LLC in 1995. She was the sole owner until her husband, Marion, joined her in 2000. Prior to starting Natural Choices, Catherine was employed at Findley Adhesives, Inc. from 1980-1989 where she advanced to Adhesive Chemist and Product Specialist. Now at Pacific Sands, Catherine will be focusing on managing and growing the private label segment of the cleaning products.
